Introduction :
Hospital Authority (HA) is the major public sector for providing the health service to the Hong Kong residents. Pressure Injury (PI) rate is one of the nursing quality indicators of the hospitals under HA. The prevalence of hospital acquired pressure injury (HAPI) was 1.75% in the year of 2019/2020 (Hospital Authority, 2019-20)1. Department of Surgery, Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) got HAPI rate of 2.46 per 1,000 inpatient bed in 4Q of 2020 (Hong Kong Hospital Authority, 2019-2020). Increasing the staff’s awareness and enhancing their knowledge and skills of PI prevention is crucial in achieving reduction of PI and sustaining safe and quality nursing care
