Objectives :
Enhancement of the workflow of referring P&O service for lumbar corset and neck collar.
Methodology :
Different sizes of soft lumbar corset and neck collar were placed in O&T wards for fitting and minimize patients to transfer to P&O department.
Result & Outcome :
Reduce the patients transportation flow from O&T wards to P&O department. 1. Nursing time is saved for caring of patients. 2. Reduced workload of nursing and supporting staff. 3. Increased patient satisfaction.
