Physical performance, wellness and resilience all seem to be the matters that everyone needs to pursue, but one may have overlooked that in reality it is definitely difficult to co-exist and maintain well a high level of performance, healthy lifestyle and sustainability of wellbeing, but how to achieve an equilibrium. Therefore, in this speech I will use data from sports statistics, exercise science, environmental effect on human body and scientific literature review, practical training obstacles, the perspective of physiotherapy and rehab, the perspective of elite athletes and the perspective of retired athletes to analyze how to achieve a high level performance but at the same time maintain wellness and resilience. To a certain extent, It is very interesting by sharing scientific data and my years of personal training and clinical experience to explore and discuss the time management and life planning.
體能表現、健康與韌性,好像是人人都需要追求的事情,但大家可能忽略了,現實中往往很難三者一起並存,反而是如何尋求一個平衡點。所以是次演講會用科學化及文獻數據、訓練時實質操作、物理治療師診治的角度,精英運動員的角度以及退役運動員的角度去剖析如何在維持高質量體能、健康和韌性之間中取捨,某程度上是一個以科學化數據去探討時間管理和生涯規劃。
