廣東省堅持以人民健康為中心，確立“建設健康廣東、打造衛生強省”發展戰略，明確構建“頂天立地”醫療衛生大格局的發展規劃和“強基層、建高地、促醫改、保健康”的實施路徑。圍繞推動公立醫院“發展方式向提質增效轉變、運行模式向精細化管理轉變、資源配置向更加注重人才技術要素轉變”目標要求，著力構建公立醫院高品質發展政策體系、高水準診療服務體系、高標準管理制度體系、高效率應急救治體系“四個體系”，在公立醫院運行機制、分級診療秩序、公立醫院服務能力、現代醫院管理制度、人民群眾改革獲得感等五個方面取得實效，為更好地提供優質高效的醫療衛生服務、防範化解重大疫情和突發公共衛生風險、建設健康廣東提供有力支撐。廣東省《圍繞“三個轉變”構建“四個體系”，公立醫院高品質發展取得“五個實效”》入選2022年度全國醫改十大創新舉措。

肩負著內地公立醫院改革的重要使命，2012年7月1日，香港大學深圳醫院在社會各界與民眾的關注與期望之中啟航。作為深港合作的公立醫院改革試點，十年來，香港大學深圳醫院借助深港合作和粵港澳大灣區衛生健康發展機遇，全面推行綠色醫療改革，建立公平、透明和高效的服務模式，成為公立醫院改革標杆和粵港澳大灣區醫療合作先行者。醫院于2018年成功入選廣東省第一批高水準醫院建設單位，2021年成為國家公立醫院高品質發展試點醫院、國家建立健全現代醫院管理制度試點醫院。未來醫院將繼續“面向粵港澳、對標國際化”，建設成為國內一流、國際知名的粵港澳大灣區醫療中心，以造福民生。

張文智院長將在演講中分享香港大學深圳醫院深港合作綠色醫療改革經驗、參與灣區融合發展的創新措施，以及未來醫院高品質發展策略。
